As an associate in the firm's Harrisburg office, his practice focuses on representing long-term care providers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey in audit and case-mix rate appeals, Continuing Care Retirement Community licensure and regulatory compliance issues, the drafting and revision of Admission Agreements, Medicare appeals to the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, Medicaid eligibility appeals, and collection matters.
